4. Service Availability, Quotas & Termination

We strive to maintain high availability, but service quality and speed depend on external networks and source platforms:

• Fair Use Quotas: We enforce daily download quotas and rate limits to ensure fair resource allocation across all users.
• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, endpoint, or tier of service at our discretion without prior notice.
• Access Revocation: We reserve the right to ban IP addresses, invalidate user accounts, or reject requests from any user found violating these Terms.

clipPlay is an independent utility and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, Twitter/X, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
